Playstation Network Was Hacked

  Ok, so if you're trying to log in to PlayStation Network, forget about it! Hackers have managed to cause the servers to go down. It is still unknown when the network will be back up.

  When you try to log in all you will see is this message:

  

ERROR Message: An error has occurred. You have been signed out of PlayStation Network. (80710A06)

Yeah... Look familiar?

 

  The Playstation Network Blog leaves a very vague update on the situation but it is with cautious intent. Letting us know too much will also keep the hackers informed of the steps being taken to resolve this inconvenient issue.

  Be patient for now and rest assured this will be fixed as soon as possible... As you know their network is down and they are losing revenue from PS Store Sales. If thats not motivation, I don't know what is.
